1. Services Provided

Lincoln Auto Care offers:

• Oil Changes

• Brake Services

• Tire Services

• Auto Body Works

• General Vehicle Maintenance & Diagnostics

All services are subject to availability and performed by qualified technicians.

2. Estimates & Approvals

• Written or verbal estimates are provided before work begins.

• No additional repairs will be performed without customer approval.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at service completion.

• We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods.

• Returned checks incur a $35 fee.

4. Warranties

We offer a 12-month or 12,000-mile (whichever comes first) warranty on most parts and labor.

Warranties exclude damage from:

• Misuse

• Accidents

• Neglect

• Repairs by third parties

5. Vehicle Storage Policy

• Vehicles left 3+ business days after repairs may incur a $25/day storage fee.

• Vehicles unclaimed after 30 days may be subject to lien and disposal (per state law).

6. Liability Disclaimer

Lincoln Auto Care is not responsible for:

• Loss/damage from fire, theft, or natural disasters

• Personal items left in vehicles (please remove valuables)

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle details and service history

• Notify us of specific vehicle conditions or concerns before service

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used solely to provide our services and will not be shared without consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
